Module 2: No-Slack® rebuild

Rebuild: Disassembly

All procedures are the same for No-Slack® 6000/7000/7000CC and NT fifth wheel top plate models.

Caution: Always wear safety glasses and do not stand directly over parts while disassembling or assembling fifth wheel.

 

1. Remove secondary lock spring and bumper spring. Remove pull handle cotter pin and washer then slide out pull handle.
