4. Install bumper (inspect for wear before using and replace if necessary) and bolt to operating handle. Use existing bolt and washers . Use new lock nut and bushing that is supplied in the repair kit. Note orientation of bolt on next page. After installing the bumper check to make sure that it can pivot freely.
